Demartek Emulex HBA Comparison with Brocade HBA

Emulex Corporation commissioned Demartek to evaluate its Fibre Channel host bus adapters (HBAs)
and compare them with recent HBA offerings from Brocade. The evaluation includes a variety of
topics including the installation experience, operating system support, HBA management, HBA
performance and others. This report includes actual steps taken to install and use the HBAs
and the respective management software. This report also includes a basic performance
evaluation of the respective HBAs.
